Samuel Guy “Bud” Neese was born in Broward County Florida then moved to Okeechobee, Florida in 1976 and graduated Okeechobee High School in 1978.

Married to the “love of his life” Ami, for 30 years. They have three beautiful children, three wonderful grandchildren with two more due to arrive soon.

Bud’s very humble in his Christian beliefs. He proudly attended Oak View Baptist Church for nearly 10 years. His strong Southern Baptist beliefs are unwavering and steadfast!

Bud has worked in the construction industry (Primarily Air Conditioning & Heating) for 45 years and a 35-year owner of Quality AC & Heating of Okeechobee from 1984-2019. Voted #1 “Best-Of-The-Best” in sales from amongst his peers while attending Trane’s week-long notorious “Boot Camp” program.

Over the years, Bud has been involved with many civic activities in the community including but not limited to:

• Membership to the Okeechobee Chamber of Commerce.

• Served as past-Vice President for two years and pas-President for two years of the

   Okeechobee Contractors Association.

•Graduate of the Gateway School of Real Estate – 2022
